Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by country, but generally between 7–21 business days.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please be aware that shipping to these addresses may take longer than standard shipments.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

Damaged Items:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier or us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
